瑞銀支付3億美元 處理瑞信就與美司法部和解未履行責任
瑞銀表示,將就瑞信在美錯誤銷售抵押貸款相關投資產品支付3億美元,以解決所產生的未清償責任。
瑞信證券上周五(1日)與美司法部達成協議,解決2017年針對其住宅抵押貸款證券業務的和解協議中,所有未完成消費者救濟責任。根據2017年協議,瑞信支付57億美元,解決2008年金融海嘯前銷售住宅抵押貸款支持證券期間誤導投資者的指控。
瑞信2022年同意支付4.95億美元,以解決新澤西州總檢察長提起的一項訴訟,該訴訟指控該行在同類產品的發行和銷售中誤導投資者。
