內地將恢復對國債等利息收入徵收增值稅
國家財政部、稅務總局上週五公告,自2025年8月8日(本週五)起,對在該日期或之後新發行的國債、地方政府債券、金融債券的利息收入,恢復徵收增值稅。對在該日期之前已發行的國債、地方政府債券、金融債券的利息收入則繼續免徵增值稅直至債券到期。
內媒引述業內人士稱,近年來中國債券市場持續發展壯大,債券發行和交易規模持續增長,此前出臺的相關債券利息收入免徵增值稅政策的目標已經實現,有必要審時度勢對政策進行調整優化。
此外,報道指,對個人投資者而言,此次政策調整基本沒有影響。債券投資以機構爲主,個人投資債券規模很小,且個人投資者取得的利息收入還可適用增值稅小規模納稅人月收入10萬元人民幣以下免徵增值稅的政策,不用交增值稅。
