廈門鎢業(600549.SH):控股子公司擬設立全資子公司承接建設成都切削工具生產基地項目
格隆匯8月1日丨廈門鎢業(600549.SH)公佈,董事會會議同意公司控股子公司廈門金鷺特種合金有限公司在四川成都設立全資子公司成都金鷺切削工具有限公司(暫定名)承接建設成都切削工具生產基地項目。新設公司註冊資金40,000萬元,將根據項目實際需要分期實繳。建設項目投資額、建設完成時間及產能與原項目一致,其中,投資額仍爲105,207萬元(其中固定投資100,192萬元),項目預計於2030年12月完成項目建設(具體建設週期以實際建設情況爲準)。項目建成後該基地將具備年產3000萬件可轉位刀具、400萬件整體刀具和200萬件超硬刀具的產能。本次新設全資子公司承接廈門金鷺成都切削工具生產基地項目的建設符合國家相關產業政策以及公司整體戰略發展規劃,有助於快速響應市場、屬地化技術服務和客戶維護,提高公司在行業中的規模和地位,加快公司的戰略佈局與發展。
