大健康國際(02211.HK)建議增加法定股本
格隆匯7月31日丨大健康國際(02211.HK)公吿,董事會建議通過增設4億股股份,將公司法定股本由1000萬美元(分為1億股公司股份("股份")增加至5000萬美元(分為5億股股份),而該等股份於發行後將於各方面與現有股份享有同等地位。
於本公吿日期,已發行80,105,955股股份,而19,894,045股股份為法定但未發行。為應對集團潛在增長及發展併為公司於未來集資時提供更大靈活性,董事會認為增加法定股本符合公司及其股東整體利益。
