香港中華煤氣與中集安瑞科簽署戰略合作協議 共同拓展綠色甲醇及氫能合作
(2025年7月30日)香港中華煤氣有限公司(煤氣公司)與中集安瑞科控股有限公司(中集安瑞科)日前簽署戰略合作協議，雙方將共同合作發展綠色甲醇及氫能，推動香港綠色能源轉型。
雙方會在綠色甲醇的技術合作工程服務、產業規範及碳交易合規等範疇加強交流及合作。煤氣公司作爲全國首間獲ISCC EU及ISCC PLUS國際認證、並大規模生產綠色甲醇的企業，將透過其完善的綠色甲醇供應鏈網絡，結合中集安瑞科在清潔能源及海運領域的業務佈局，共同探索綠色甲醇相關的新技術應用與推廣。雙方亦藉助香港國際都市的優勢，共同推動實踐綠色能源轉型。
另外，煤氣公司亦與中集安瑞科簽署另一份合作協議，在本港拓展氫能項目開發及應用，雙方將圍繞氫氣的提取、純化、儲存及利用各方面開展全面合作。煤氣公司在香港供應的燃氣中約有一半成分爲氫氣，配合覆蓋全港、超過3,700公里的地下燃氣管網，能高效向客戶供應氫氣。透過與中集安瑞科的合作，雙方將共同開發高效提氫與儲存技術，擴大氫能在交通運輸、充電樁等領域的應用。
煤氣公司將繼續投放資源發展潔淨能源，利用自身優勢及夥伴協作，致力配合國家「3060」雙碳目標及香港特區政府2050碳中和策略。
