據報麗新發展(00488.HK)洽售中環中國建設銀行大廈50%權益
《彭博》引述消息人士報道,麗新發展(00488.HK)正尋求出售位處中環的中國建設銀行大廈(CCB Tower)所持的50%權益,目前正與建行(00939.HK)等在內的潛在買家進行談判。
建行持有中國建設銀行大廈的50%股權,消息人士稱,建行尚未表達收購餘下50%股權的興趣。麗新發展代表迴應報道時指,公司正在執行既定的資產處置策略,並將考慮在適當估值下的處置機會。
根據麗新發展網站介紹,建行承租中國建設銀行大廈內的18層辦公室樓層以及一個銀行大堂,用於香港業務。截至1月底止的6個月內,該大廈的租金收入約1.144億元,與此前一年同期大致持平。
此前有傳,麗新發展一直在尋求銀行支持其35億元的貸款再融資計劃,公司表示,已獲得貸款機構的多數支持。
