《大行》富瑞:匯控(00005.HK)次季淨利息收入勝預期 財富管理業務強勁
富瑞研究報告指,匯豐控股(00005.HK)次季有形股本回報率(ROTE)達17.7%,稅前盈利較市場絕大部分預期高10%(撇除交行),主要受惠於強勁的撥備前營業收入表現。集團維持全年銀行業務淨利息收入指引420億美元不變,惟香港業務仍存下行風險。針對香港市場,集團錄4億美元商業地產撥備,全年風險成本指引40個基點,符合預期。有形資產淨值(TNAV)按年增長10%,較預期高2%。財富管理業務收入按年增長22%,而且有新增客戶資金流入,未來前景良好。
