華峯鋁業(601702.SH):簽署72億元重大合同
格隆匯7月28日丨華峯鋁業(601702.SH)公佈,公司及子公司華峯鋁業有限公司(簡稱“重慶華峯”,與“公司”合稱爲“買方”)擬與陝西有色榆林新材料集團有限責任公司(簡稱“榆林新材料”或“賣方”)共同簽署生產原材料買賣合同。合同約定,預計將由買方自2025至2029年間合計向賣方購入不低於36萬噸的生產原材料,產品單價根據月度市場鋁價及合同條款確定,具體數量按每月各批次採購訂單下達,並按批次結算貨款。如按預計數量及市場價格估算,合同期限內預計產生的總金額超人民幣72億元(根據各批次採購量據實結算),達到《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》規定的披露標準。
