瑞和數智(03680.HK)與上海源廬加佳信息建立戰略合作夥伴關係–聚力創新，共築國產AI算力新生態
格隆匯7月28日丨瑞和數智(03680.HK)公告，公司全資控股子公司深圳索信達數據技術有限公司已於2025年7月27日與上海源廬加佳信息科技有限公司("戰略合作夥伴")簽署戰略合作協議。雙方宣佈將深度融合各自在金融科技與智能算力領域的核心優勢，共同打造面向全行業的、以國產GPU爲核心的"硬件+軟件+產業解決方案"全鏈路數智解決方案，以國產創新力量驅動產業智能化升級。
根據戰略合作協議，雙方將在國產替代智能算力底座、金融數據智能、數字營銷與人工智能訓練場及智能體等領域進行聯合技術研發，在金融行業應用解決方案及數字平臺運營等方面展開全方位戰略合作，並確認本次戰略合作在各合作方體系內的優先性及不可複製性。
雙方擬以國產替代自主可控的軟硬件核心技術爲基礎，共同推動金融數據智能、數字營銷、人工智能等金融行業應用解決方案和技術產品發展。
雙方將充分利用沐曦集成電路(上海)股份有限公司的國產GPU晶片產品技術優勢及市場影響力，發揮瑞和數智在金融科技領域的豐富經驗、數據智能及數字營銷的技術優勢以及戰略合作夥伴在算力底座及智能體訓練場領域的技術優勢，將雙方的軟硬件系統進行深度適配和融合，共同推動國產替代一體化人工智能基礎系統和行業應用解決方案的落地。
雙方計劃在金融領域共同推動以國產替代混訓架構爲基礎的高質量、全兼容新型算力集羣的技術研發、平臺運營和市場推廣；雙方計劃在金融領域共同探索以人工智能、區塊鏈、物聯網等技術爲驅動的新型數字商務(DIM)智能運營系統，賦能實體經濟轉型升級，推動實體產業創新發展。
雙方計劃以上海開啓建設新型"量子城市"的號召爲引領，以上海市浦東新區爲試點基地，共同研究金融數據智能管理及決策模型，構建金融時空訓練場和城市金融智能生態，積極參與新一代城市的空間升級、金融產業發展及運營管理領域的創新探索和示範建設工作。
戰略合作夥伴是一家獨立第三方機構，與任何關聯方(根據《香港聯合交易所證券上市規則》"上市規則"定義)無關聯。作爲一家總部位於中國的人工智能、區塊鏈、物聯網及虛擬現實╱增強現實領域的高科技數字科技公司，戰略合作夥伴在IT軟硬件、大宗商品、新材料、現代農業、物流和醫療健康等多個領域提供數字技術開發與平臺服務，並持有"上海市高新技術企業"和"上海市雙軟企業"和"上海市專精特新企業"資質。
此次合作是瑞和數智深化戰略佈局、拓展商業版圖的關鍵一步。我集團將成立創新事業部，重點培育AI、區塊鏈、軟硬件一體化及數字資產交易等前沿技術應用，打造新的業務增長點。
