設計都會(01545.HK)預期中期收入將減少20%至30%
格隆匯7月25日丨設計都會(01545.HK)發佈公告,集團預期2025年中期的收入將較於2024年同期錄得將減少20%至30%。集團亦預期於2025中期錄得未經審覈權益持有人應佔虧損介於約2,000,000新加坡元至2,500,000新加坡元,而2024中期則錄得溢利253,000新加坡元。
估計虧損主要是由於美元貶值導致大量匯兌虧損;以及下列因素導致未經審覈收入減少:1)美國持續的高利率導致房貸利率居高不下,進而影響美國的房地產銷售交易,亦降低消費者對傢俱等可自由支配物品的負擔能力;2)美國貿易政策(如關稅)的變化,加上美國的利率政策,影響消費者的情緒及需求,從而對集團的美國傢俱銷售分部造成負面影響;及3)新加坡高端房地產市場放緩亦影響集團傢俱銷售分部。
儘管如此,董事會相信集團仍維持穩健的財務及現金狀況,使其能渡過這段充滿挑戰的時期。
