長和出售港口交易談判週日截止 據報時間進一步延後 短期完成談判可能性低
《路透社》引述消息報道,長和(00001.HK)出售港口業務計劃的獨家談判,截止日期在週日(27日),但可能會延長,且在政治博弈持續下該宗交易不太可能在短期內完成。
該宗交易涉及23個國家的43個港口,當中包括具爭議焦點的巴拿馬運河港口在內。這場交易談判爲期145天,並將於週日結束。但報道引述三名接近長和的人士表示,即使長和未能在週日簽署協議,交易談判也不可能破裂,雙方會選擇延長截止日期以繼續進行獨家談判。
報道續指,交易的第一部分爲出售巴拿馬運河附近兩個港口業務的確定性文件,也未能在銷售公告中設定的4月2日截止日期前簽署。
