傳麥當勞擬分階段全數出售在港約23間商舖物業 涉13.5億
《經濟日報》引述市場消息報道,麥當勞計劃分階段全數出售在香港的約23間商舖物業,於今年初已展開部署,並於上周選定一間測量師行作委託。據悉,今次麥當勞的行動只涉及出售物業,麥當勞在香港經營及分店數目將不變。
報道稱,麥當勞計劃首階段先推出8項商舖標售,並於9月截標,將視乎反應在明年再推出餘下商舖。據悉,首階段的標售大部分為地區一線靚位,包括面積約14,973平方呎的尖沙咀星光地下及地庫,以及銅鑼灣怡和街46至54號地下至2樓等,初部估算8項舖位合共總值約13.5億元。
