工信部:推動光伏落後產能有序退出 常態化開展質量抽查工作
中國光伏行業協會今日(25日)在山西大同召開研討會,工業和信息化部電子信息司二級巡視員吳國綱表示,工信部電子司將積極規範行業發展,推動落後產能有序退出,強化政策引導作用,定期公告符合規範條件的企業名單,實行社會監督和動態管理,持續營造以創新爲引領、以質量爲優先、以公平爲準則的市場環境,引導產業加強技術創新,提高產品質量,加快推動行業轉型升級。
吳國綱同時提到,將強化標準引領和知識產權保護,助力產業技術創新,完善檢測標準以及知識產權體系,常態化開展質量抽查工作,爲光伏產業高質量發展築牢基礎提供堅實支撐。
