《內房》據報旭輝(00884.HK)公司債「HPR旭輝1」重組方案投票時間延至今日
據《澎湃新聞》報道,旭輝控股集團(00884.HK)旗下公司債「HPR旭輝1」的重組方案仍未獲投資人通過,投票時間延長至今日(24日)下午六時。
按照方案,旭輝應在周二(22日)前兌付超過1.6億元人民幣分期款項。兌付方案為發行人應於同日之前兌付該債券4.1%的本金和2024年5月29日至2025年7月22日期間的利息。旭輝表示,惟目前發行人仍未能與債券持有人達成新償付安排,也未能足額籌措資金按原定到期日償付,需要繼續協商。
