東方電熱(300217.SZ):擬將“年產6000萬支鏟片式PTC電加熱器項目”結項 並將節餘資金永久補充流動資金
格隆匯7月23日丨東方電熱(300217.SZ)公佈,公司於2025年7月22日召開第六屆董事會第七次會議審議通過了《關於部分募投項目結項並將節餘資金永久補充流動資金的議案》。董事會同意:將募集資金投資項目“年產6,000萬支鏟片式PTC電加熱器項目”結項,並將節餘募集資金12,086.12萬元(含理財和利息收入,具體金額以資金轉出當日銀行結息餘額爲準,下同)一次性永久補充爲項目實施主體東方電熱流動資金。
