《港樓》中環ONE CENTRAL PLACE首宗租賃成交 高層三房戶以呎租約95元租出
信和集團與市建局合作發展的中環結志街33號住宅項目「ONE CENTRAL PLACE」昨日(22日)推出首批29個單位招租後,今日(23日)即錄首宗租賃成交。市場消息指,項目一個位於高層的三房單位,剛以呎租約95元租出。
項目自公布推出單位招租後,迅即收到不少預約參觀,市場人士估計短期內將錄得更多租賃成交。
現時限量推出招租的單位,月租由37,000元起,並提供彈性租期以供選擇,租期由短至一個月至長期租賃不等。
「ONE CENTRAL PLACE」提供121個單位,標準單位涵蓋一房至三房戶型,實用面積由383至992平方呎不等,另設少量特色單位,實用面積由393至1,028平方呎。
