金力永磁(06680.HK)擬發行1.175億美元可換股債券
金力永磁(06680.HK)宣布,計劃發行本金總額1.175億美元、2030年到期的1.75厘有擔保可換股債券,債券初步轉換價為每股H股21.38元,較昨日(23日)收市價19.44元溢價約10%。若債券悉數轉換,公司將發行約4,314.14萬股新H股,佔現有H股股本約18.95%及擴大後H股股本約15.93%。
此次發行所得款項淨額料達約1.15億美元,當中約9%將用於償還銀行貸款,約66%用於購回H股,約25%用作一般營運資金及支付發行人營運開支。
