《新股》中微半導(688380.SH)擬發H股赴港IPO
中微半導(688380.SH)公布,為深化公司全球化戰略佈局,提升公司國際化品牌形象,多元化公司融資管道,進一步提升公司核心競爭力,公司擬發行境外上市外資股(H股)股票,並申請在港交所(00388.HK)主板掛牌上市。
據《中國證券報》引述中微半導證券部工作人員表示,H股上市有利於公司拓展海外市場,只有「走出去」,才能被外界看到,這對業務發展是有利的。同時,通過H股上市募集資金,將為公司後續的研發和營運提供支持,長遠對公司發展具有積極意義。
