浙能電力(600023.SH):出資約7.51億元持有聚變公司5%股權
格隆匯7月22日丨浙能電力(600023.SH)公佈,公司與中國核工業集團有限公司(稱“中核集團”)、中國核電、中國石油集團崑崙資本有限公司(稱“崑崙資本”)、上海未來聚變能源科技有限公司(稱“上海聚變”)、國家綠色發展基金股份有限公司(稱“國綠基金”)、四川重科聚變能源科技有限公司(稱“四川聚變”)以1.0019元/註冊資本的價格共同向聚變公司投資約114.92億元,認購聚變公司新增註冊資本114.69億元,其中公司出資約7.51億元持有聚變公司5%股權。
