《新股》據報A股傳音控股考慮在港二次IPO 集資10億美元
據內媒報道,傳音控股(688036.SH)正考慮在香港進行第二次IPO,擬籌資約10億美元(相當於約78億港元)。惟相關討論尚處早期階段,最終上市計劃存在不確定性,截至昨日(21日),公司市值844.77億元人民幣。
市場數據顯示,傳音2024年全球手機出貨量達2億部,市佔率14%位列第三。其智能機市場份額為8.7%排名第四,在非洲及巴基斯坦等新興市場保持領先地位。旗下擁有Tecno、Infinix和itel三大品牌,主要覆蓋亞非地區消費市場。
