酷派集團(02369.HK)正式成立"真實世界資產代幣化事業部"
格隆匯7月21日丨酷派集團(02369.HK)公告，公司欣然宣佈，正式成立"真實世界資產代幣化事業部"(簡稱"RWA事業部")。該部門的設立旨在統籌推進真實世界資產("RWA")代幣化(Real World Asset Tokenization)等關鍵工作。公司早於2023年已啓動Web3.0相關領域的探索，此次成立RWA事業部，旨在更系統地順應Web3.0技術變革，並積極響應香港特別行政區政府《數字資產發展政策宣言2.0》所倡導的創新方向。RWA事業部將由公司董事會主席兼首席執行官陳家俊直接領導。
截至2024年12月31日，集團賬目所示投資性房地產價值約爲3,151百萬港元。董事會觀察到，集團市值長期低於淨資產賬面值，反映資產價值未在資本市場充分體現。通過探索真實世界資產(RWA)代幣化，旨在爲資產提供更客觀的公允價值衡量途徑，推動資產價值釋放。
RWA探索的具體方向公司現正進行初步探討，研究將旗下位於中國內地的兩項核心物業資產權益通過區塊鏈技術進行RWA的可行性。
初步探索內容公司正對真實世界資產(RWA)進行可行性初步研究，探索釋放其價值並促進流通的創新方案。當前階段的探討重點在於，如何有效轉化核心資產價值、評估支撐該目標的技術適配性，以及相關權屬和法律合規框架。以上方向初步探討構成了公司研究工作的基礎，後續將根據深入的探索和實踐，不斷完善並優化實現路徑。
目前相關的RWA研究尚處於前期階段。若經充分論證並證明具備商業可行性的試點項目取得成功，本集團計劃依託主要股東陳在房地產領域所擁有的深厚行業資源網絡與經驗，積極拓展服務模式，協助更多企業客戶探索並實現其優質資產的代幣化。長遠而言，集團致力於通過自身的實踐積累以及與生態夥伴的合作，推動RWA技術在相關行業的規模化應用與發展，以此預期創造新的價值增長點。
