海航集團前行政總裁譚向東被判處6年有期徒刑
海航集團前行政總裁譚向東涉嫌刑事犯罪一案,被海南省海口市中級人民法院裁定其背信損害上市公司利益罪、騙取貸款罪及職務侵佔罪罪成,共判處有期徒刑6年及罰款。
58歲的譚向東2021年9月涉嫌刑事犯罪,與海航集團時任董事長陳峯一同被海南警方採取強制措施,因當時已加入美國國籍,故與同案其他被告分成兩宗案件審理。陳峯上週四(17日)同樣被裁定背信損害上市公司利益罪、騙取貸款罪及職務侵佔罪罪成,被判囚12年、罰款2.21億元人民幣及沒收4,000萬元人民幣個人財產,當庭提出上訴。
資料顯示,譚向東1990年代初加入海航,2016年至2020年擔任集團副董事長兼行政總裁。2020年2月,海航集團被海南省政府接管後,他改任董事兼行政總裁。
