Keep(03650.HK)發佈盈利預告：預期2025年上半年盈利能力改善
7月21日，運動科技公司Keep（03650.HK）於港交所發佈公告，對2025年上半年業績做出盈利預告。公告稱，截至2025年6月30日的6個月內，公司錄得虧損約人民幣3,600萬元，同比上一年度同期的1.63億元大幅收窄78.0%；非國際財務報告準則計量下，截至2025年6月30日的6個月內，經調整利潤淨額約人民幣1,000萬元。
公告指出，盈利能力改善狀況主要得益於：聚焦調優業務結構及收入質量，實現毛利率提升，疊加AI技術賦能，穩步提高經營效率和組織人效，降低經營費用。
同時，公告表示，由於精簡低效品類規模，導致短期內收入同比收縮，然而此舉旨在重塑長期增長基礎，提升持續盈利能力。
公告稱，公司的戰略重點仍聚焦兩大核心：APP端的AI智能化與自有品牌健身產品的持續盈利增長。在AI智能化方面，公司繼續致力於通過運動場景和工具的AI智能化，提升用戶體驗增強，促進用戶活躍，改善留存表現；在自有品牌健身產品方面，公司將持續優化產品結構，推出用戶喜愛、契合市場需求的新品，並拓展銷售渠道擴大市場覆蓋。公司通過實施上述戰略舉措，着力推動業務規模增長與盈利水平提升，爲可持續發展奠定基礎。
今年年初，Keep創始人王寧發佈全員信，紀念Keep成立10週年同時宣佈未來將All in AI，基於十年的運動數據積累與沉澱，讓在線健身從推薦走向生成，持續引領運動科技行業。
3月份，Keep即發佈運動健康垂直領域的專屬模型Kinetic.ai，並基於此模型同步上線了首個通用AI教練卡卡（Kaka），可基於用戶的運動訴求定製訓練計劃和方案；5月20日，Keep AI教練上線新版本，可爲用戶提供智能運動方案生成、智能訓練指導、運動數據記錄、飲食記錄及評價等功能，致力於成爲用戶的隨身AI教練，幫助用戶更好地完成運動目標。
