德林控股(01709.HK)戰略投資富龍顧問 共同推動穩定幣應用及業務合作
格隆匯7月21日丨德林控股(01709.HK)發佈公告，2025年7月18日，公司已與富龍顧問有限公司(“富龍”，香港科技公司)簽訂一份不具法律約束力的條款書。集團將於集團與富龍的間進行戰略合作及股份互換。作爲此策略性舉措的一部分，公司將透過股份互換方式投資富龍，代價爲6000萬港元，標誌着進軍高增長穩定幣市場的重要一步。本次投資將令集團能夠利用富龍於數字資產解決方案方面的龐大網絡及專業知識，進一步鞏固其於不斷演變的金融環境中的地位。
富龍將申請香港穩定幣牌照，並於取得該牌照後，與公司共同推動穩定幣應用及業務合作。雙方將於業務機會上合作。富龍將憑藉其商戶及用戶的生態網絡，配合公司及其聯屬公司(包括德林證券(香港)有限公司及“突觸科技”平臺)實現產品支持及投資者關係推廣。如獲批準，富龍將成爲發行與離岸人民幣掛鉤的穩定幣的先驅，在一帶一路計劃下促進與離岸中國合作夥伴的雙邊貿易，估計有關貿易於2024年超過人民幣22.1兆元。富龍的穩定幣將完全由優質流動資產支持，並由受監管託管人保障，以確保可信性及穩定性。該等解決方案可於去中心化區塊鏈上實現無縫交易，即使在傳統銀行渠道受阻的情況下亦可全球存取。
本次投資將令集團能夠利用富龍於數字資產解決方案方面的龐大網絡及專業知識，進一步鞏固其於不斷演變的金融環境中的地位。投資富龍令公司能夠直接進入快速增長的穩定幣領域，預測該領域於2028年的規模將超過2兆美元。本次合作預期可令集團接觸並利用行業領先的穩定幣基礎設施，讓本團於自身業務及附屬平臺推行穩定幣解決方案。透過此合作，公司預期透過將穩定幣技術融入其金融服務及產品組合，將提升運營效率、捕捉新營收機遇及增強競爭力。此戰略合作預期亦將進一步善用富龍合規基礎設施及商戶生態，推動業務擴充，令公司處於新一代金融服務的前沿。此次戰略投資亦可讓公司努力發展的真實世界資產(“RWA”)業務與穩定幣場景有機結合，將更加促進公司在RWA業務領域的行業地位，爲公司後續發行RWA作出鋪墊。
