南華集團(00413.HK)出售東莞兩幅工業用地 涉款4,262.4萬人幣
南華集團控股(00413.HK)公佈,間接全資附屬以4,262.4萬元人民幣(下同)出售兩幅位於東莞的工業用地,面積分別約爲2.37萬及1.96萬平方米,包括其上建築面積約2,600平方米之空殼建築物。
集團指,該物業先前計劃用於支持附屬公司擴大日後玩具之產能。然而,隨着公司爲優化營運效益以及提升供應鏈靈活性及多元化而將生產線由中國戰略性轉移至越南,該物業一直處於閒置狀態;預計將就出售事項錄得收益約2,705.8萬元,是次出售所得淨額擬用作一般營運資金。
