聯通Open Gateway賦能，極光EngageLab引領海外一鍵認證新生態
近日，中國聯通2025年合作伙伴大會正式落下帷幕，中國領先的客户互動和營銷科技服務商，極光(Aurora Mobile，納斯達克股票代碼：JG)旗下EngageLab，依託中國聯通Open Gateway網絡能力開放平台，正式推出智能融合認證(國際版)，為出海企業提供全球號碼一鍵認證解決方案。
本次大會主題為“向實同行共創融合新生態”。中國聯通展示了其在AI基建、AI科技、AI產業領域的諸多成果，大會聚焦AI與數字經濟的深度融合，吸引全球70餘個國家及地區的400餘家產業鏈夥伴參與。
其中中國聯通Open Gateway網絡能力開放平台尤為亮眼。該平台依託聯通強大的雲、網資源，對內為自有產品提供豐富能力供給，對外則面向各行業制定全面、高效、安全的能力開放解決方案。目前已上線90餘個特色能力API，覆蓋反欺詐、位置服務等多個領域，並打造了金融反欺詐、國內企業出海等一系列商業化場景。同時，中國聯通正攜手全球運營商和集成商打造平台聯邦，已完成與6家運營商及集成商的平台互通，其中極光作為首批核心戰略伙伴參與共建。
同時，作為中國聯通的重要合作伙伴，極光EngageLab與中國聯通深度合作，依託中國聯通Open Gateway平台，推出智能融合認證(國際版)。這一服務專為國際業務打造，打破地域壁壘，為出海企業提供一站式全球號碼認證解決方案。藉助聯通覆蓋160餘個國家和地區的骨幹網絡、300+海外節點資源，以及極光EngageLab在用户認證領域十餘年的經驗，實現了安全、快捷、智能、高效的全球用户手機號碼一鍵認證服務。
對於出海企業而言，傳統認證流程繁瑣，跨境場景下的身份核驗壁壘更是阻礙業務發展的一大難題。而智能融合認證(國際版)的出現，有效解決了這些痛點。以某跨境電商平台為例，接入該服務後，新用户註冊轉化率提升40%，因認證失敗導致的客訴下降62%；某海外遊戲廠商通過該服務，將用户首次登錄時長從平均28秒壓縮至3秒，次日留存率提升27%。
