新地(00016.HK)旗下天水圍天榮站YOHO WEST今日(21日)再錄得9宗招標成交,單日套現逾6,700萬元,五日內累售共21伙。
標售單位當中,成交金額及呎價最高為第2A座45樓A1單位,實用面積696平方呎,三房一套連儲物室間隔,成交金額936萬元,呎價13,448元。
是次標售單位均屬三房間隔,分別位於第2A及2B座,實用面積由521至696平方呎,成交金額由654.5萬至936萬元,成交呎價由12,171至13,448元。
