李家超:截至7月中迎來共52次IPO 按年增30%
行政長官李家超在社交網頁指,去年9月23日起,香港交易所實施「打風不停市」安排,落實香港金融市場的重要改革。自此,香港證券市場在惡劣天氣下仍可維持運作,這一改革措施讓香港市場進一步與國際接軌,提升市場競爭力。
他指,新股市場今年以來呈現繁榮現象。今年截至7月中,迎來共52次IPO,按年增加30%,共集資1240億港元,按年上升590%,暫列全球第一,恆生指數今年以來累計上升25.3%。未來將會持續完善上市制度、進一步促進股票市場流動性,吸引全球更多優質企業來港上市,提升香港作為上市地點的吸引力和活力。
他提到,正就新一份《施政報告》展開諮詢,措施及目標是融匯政府、企業、專家和民間智慧,政府會吸納不同意見,繼續推動金融市場發展,創造更多新高峰。
