《新股》維立志博(09887.HK)孖展暫超購逾1,300倍
生物科技公司維立志博-B(09887.HK)的招股期將於明日(22日)中午結束,綜合市場數據,截至今早(21日)約9時,多間券商合共為其IPO借出孖展額逾1,474億元,以公開發售部分最多集資1.12億元計,孖展超額認購近1,313倍。
維立志博計劃全球發售3,205.44萬股H股,發售價介乎每股31.6至35元,每手100股入場費約3,535.3元,本次IPO引入包括騰訊(00700.HK)在內的10名基石投資者,合共認購約6,900萬美元等值股份。
