ST德豪(002005.SZ):擬對子公司北美電器增資9600萬元
格隆匯7月18日丨ST德豪(002005.SZ)公佈,基於戰略規劃及未來經營發展的需要,擬以自有資金對子公司北美電器(珠海)有限公司(簡稱“北美電器”)增資人民幣9,600萬元。其中4,800萬元計入註冊資本,4,800萬元計入資本公積。本次增資完成後,北美電器的註冊資本由人民幣682.72萬元變為人民幣5,482.72萬元。公司依據自身資金情況,擬分期完成實繳出資,本次增資資金,主要用於北美電器償還債務,優化財務結構;以及業務拓展。
