Meta朱克伯格與股東達成和解 結束80億美元隱私訴訟
Meta(META.US)周四表示,同意就一項索賠80億美元的訴訟達成和解,該訴訟起因是Facebook於2019年因違反隱私協議遭罰款50億美元,Meta股東欲透過訴訟向涉案Meta高層要求賠償。
該案在德拉瓦州衡平法院審理第二日,雙方突然宣布和解,雙方均未披露和解協議的細節,特拉華州主審法官Kathaleen McCormick隨即休庭。
原本預計出庭作證的包括Meta創辦人朱克伯格、前COO Sheryl Sandberg及其他高層因和解不必公開作證。
