格隆匯7月14日丨ST中裝(002822.SZ)公佈,預計半年度虧損30,000萬元—40,000萬元,扣非虧損28,800萬元—38,800萬元。報吿期內,公司因陷入債務危機,失去融資能力,主要銀行賬户被凍結,信用受損,導致工程業務承接受限、存量項目履約困難。部分合同被迫解除,前期投入成本無法回收形成損失;存量項目加快結算進一步擠壓利潤空間;部分客户回款進度緩慢,公司按規定計提相應減值準備;以及日常經營固定支出與財務費用的持續壓力,綜合導致公司上半年業績虧損。
