格隆匯7月14日丨*ST高鴻(000851.SZ)公佈,預計半年度虧損13,000萬元–18,000萬元,扣非虧損13,500萬元–18,500萬元,營業收入34,000萬元–46,500萬元。2025年半年度公司預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤爲負主要原因爲:一是因貸款逾期,2025年上半年計提逾期借款的罰息和複利計息導致利息支出大幅增長,減少本報告期利潤;二是目前公司及下屬部分子企業的銀行主要賬戶被凍結,訴訟案件較多,債務違約,公司部分業務發展受到較大影響,收入規模下降。
