天齊鋰業(09696.HK)預期中期淨利潤0至1.55億元
格隆匯7月14日丨天齊鋰業(09696.HK)公告，公司預期截至2025年6月30日止六個月，(i)歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤區間預計爲人民幣0元至人民幣155百萬元（未經審覈），而上年同期集團錄得歸屬於公司股東的虧損淨額約爲人民幣5,205.77百萬元；(ii)扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤區間預計爲人民幣0元至人民幣89百萬元（未經審覈），而上年同期集團錄得扣除非經常性損益後的虧損淨額約爲人民幣5,220.86百萬元；及(iii)基本每股盈利區間預計爲人民幣0元至人民幣0.09元（上年同期：基本每股虧損爲人民幣3.18元）。
董事會認爲本報告期業績變動的主要原因是：1、 儘管受到鋰產品市場波動的影響，公司鋰產品銷售價格較上年同期下降，但得益於公司控股子公司Windfield Holdings Pty Ltd鋰礦定價週期縮短，其全資子公司泰利森鋰業私人有限公司(泰利森)化學級鋰精礦定價機制與公司鋰化工產品銷售定價機制在過往年度存在的時間週期錯配的影響已大幅減弱。隨着國內新購鋰精礦陸續入庫及庫存鋰精礦的逐步消化，公司各鋰化工產品生產基地生產成本中耗用的化學級鋰精礦成本基本貼近最新採購價格。
2、 截至本公告日期，公司重要的聯營公司Sociedad Química y Minera de ChileS.A.（SQM，智利化工礦業公司）尚未公佈其2025年第二季度業績報告。公司全面考慮所能獲取的可靠信息，沿用一貫方式，採用彭博社預測的SQM2025年第二季度每股收益等信息爲基礎來計算同期公司對SQM的投資收益。根據前述預測數據，SQM 2025年上半年業績預計將同比增長，因此公司在本報告期確認的對該聯營公司的投資收益較上年同期增長。
3、 自2025年以來，澳元持續走強，本報告期內澳元兌美元的匯率變動導致匯兌收益金額較上年同期增加。
