「日本城」母企國際家居零售(01373.HK)發盈警,指相較於截至去年4月30日止年度的公司權益持有人應佔利潤為1.01億元,預期今年4月底止全財年公司權益持有人應佔利潤將減少約51%至57%。
公司指,公司權益持有人應佔利潤減少受多重因素疊加影響。本地零售行業持續面臨充滿挑戰和變化的市場環境,消費意慾疲弱、購買行為不斷轉變,加上國內電商的正面衝擊。在上述因素綜合作用下,集團營業收入錄得按年約5.6%的下滑。於本年度,公司在控制員工成本方面已取得初步成效。租金方面,與業主的協商亦取得一定成果,預期將在未來一兩年陸續體現。
