格隆匯7月14日丨中文傳媒(600373.SH)公佈2025年半年度業績預吿,預計2025年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤27,000萬元到31,000萬元,同比下降53.86%到59.82%。公司預計2025年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為1,800萬元到3,500萬元,同比下降94.94%到97.40%。
本期業績變化的主要原因:1.2024年秋季學期開始,江西省學生教輔圖書徵訂方式變動,教育部門停止教輔材料評議推薦,教育部門及學校不得向學生統一徵訂或代購教輔材料,本報吿期公司教輔圖書收入規模及利潤同比下降。2.報吿期內,公司部分存量遊戲產品進入生命週期的後半程,遊戲充值流水下降,同時多款遊戲新品尚在研發中,導致公司遊戲業務規模及利潤下降。
