據報印度航空墜機事故調查聚焦飛行員行爲 發動機燃油開關被關閉
《華爾街日報》引述知情人士報道,目前美國就6月份印度航空(Air India)墜機事故的調查,主要集中於飛行員行爲,目前尚未指向波音(BA.US)787夢想客機(Dreamliner)存在問題。
初步調查結果顯示,飛機上兩臺發動機燃油流量的開關被關閉,導致飛機起飛後不久失去推力。一般情況下這些開關在飛行過程中通常是打開的,目前未知這些開關是如何或爲何被關閉。知情人士又表示,暫未知此舉是意外還是故意,也不清楚是否有人試圖重新打開這些開關。
領導此次調查的印度航空事故調查局(Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau)預計最早將於當地時間週五發佈初步報告。
