《大行》瑞銀料中國建材(03323.HK)對第二季勝預期初步業績反應正面
瑞銀發表報告指,中國建材(03323.HK)發盈喜,預計6月止六個月利潤約13.5億人民幣,相較上年同期虧損20.18億人民幣,預期投資者對其第二季勝預期初步業績會有正面的反應。該行維持中國建材「買入」評級,目標價5.2元。
瑞銀認為中國建材的顯著利潤增長來自水泥及新材料業務。水泥業務轉虧為盈,根據中國建材主要水泥子公司天山材料(000877.SZ)的盈利預告,其第二季度業績有望轉虧為盈,淨利為4.94億至6.94億人民幣。
