格隆匯7月10日丨權識國際(00381.HK)公告，於2025年7月10日，公司附屬公司福建老酒投資集團有限公司("福老投資")與延吉市人民政府就可能於香港合作開展數字經濟相關業務事項訂立諒解備忘錄。
李立中院士作爲公司執行董事兼聯席主席，是國際公認的區塊鏈與金融科技權威。其在分散式賬本技術、金融系統安全領域的研究成果具有全球影響力，2025年獲聯合國永續發展目標組織授予"世界創新領袖人物"稱號，並出任全球領導力與科技創新院士委員會委員，彰顯其在推動技術可持續發展與社會治理融合方面的卓越貢獻。
可能合作事項預期效益包括：(1)內循環平臺可逐步解決中小企業去庫存問題，完成資本向民衆的讓渡，讓民衆在消費的過程中擁有剩餘價值分配權，形成生產要素自由流動統一大市場。(基於鏈上資產確權效率提升)；(2)跨境積分體系預計吸引周邊國家商戶超千家，帶動延吉跨境產業聚集，拉動稅收及消費大幅增長；(3)打造全國首個"區塊鏈+穩定幣"邊疆貿易積分化試點，爲中國參與國際數字資產規則制定提供案例；(4)推動AOM(生產資料標識化)標準在東北亞區域的落地實踐；及推動跨境貿易向下的人民幣穩定幣國際化試點，形成對標人民幣穩定幣的官方應用落地第一範式。(5)李立中院士團隊將牽頭制定《跨境穩定幣合規操作指引》，輸出"延吉模式"至其他邊境城市。
本次合作不僅是技術賦能地方經濟的典型範例，更是國家"內外雙循環"戰略的微觀實踐。延吉市正全力打造東北地區數字金融中心，並以"一帶一路"歐亞數字金融中心爲發展藍圖，憑藉本次合作，將有望進一步提升其在區域數字經濟及跨境金融領域的戰略地位。
公司憑藉區塊鏈底層技術與跨境金融創新能力，疊加延吉市政策紅利與區位優勢，有望形成"產業數字化+跨境資流通"雙輪驅動模型。若試點成功，該模式可複製至全國邊境口岸城市，爲中國構建數字絲路提供關鍵基礎設施支撐。
