大眾口腔(02651.HK)公布招股結果,香港公開發售接獲108.25倍認購,一手(100股)中籤率10%,認購1萬股獲穩派一手。國際發售錄得0.96倍認購。經重新分配,公開發售股份已增至194.95萬股,佔發售總數18%。最終發售價20元,下限定價,集資淨額1.78億元。股份預期周三(9日)掛牌。
民營口腔醫療服務提供商大眾口腔是次擬全球發售1,086.18萬股,公開發售原佔10%。招股價介乎20-21.4元。獨家保薦人為海通國際。
