海鍋股份(301063.SZ)：實控人之一及部分董監高擬減持公司股份
格隆匯7月8日丨海鍋股份(301063.SZ)公佈，公司實際控制人之一錢麗萍女士直接和間接合計持有公司股份10,540,838股(佔公司總股本比例10.1004%，下同)，計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內(法律法規、規範性文件規定不得進行減持的時間除外)通過集中競價、大宗交易方式減持其直接持有的公司股份不超過3,120,000股(佔公司總股本比例2.9896%)；
公司董事、銷售總監錢曉達先生通過張家港盛暢企業管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“盛暢合夥”)間接持有公司股份183,490股(佔公司總股本比例0.1758%)，計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過45,000股(佔公司總股本比例0.0431%)；
公司財務總監李建先生通過盛暢合夥間接持有公司股份158,725股(佔公司總股本比例0.1521%)，計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過39,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.0374%)；
公司董事、銷售總監錢曉達先生及財務總監李建先生通過盛暢合夥合計減持84,000股(佔公司總股本比例0.0804%)。
公司副總經理趙玉寶先生通過張家港盛瑞企業管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“盛瑞合夥”)間接持有公司股份178,493股(佔公司總股本比例0.1710%)，計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過44,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.0422%)；
公司副總經理李欣先生通過盛瑞合夥間接持有公司股份164,156股(佔公司總股本比例0.1573%)，計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過40,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.0383%)；
公司監事會主席蔣偉先生通過盛瑞合夥間接持有公司股份164,156股(佔公司總股本比例0.1573%)，計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過40,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.0383%)。
公司副總經理趙玉寶先生、副總經理李欣先生、監事會主席蔣偉先生通過盛瑞合夥合計減持124,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.1188%)。
