《港樓》西營盤「尚瓏」再售6伙 套現逾4,100萬元
富豪酒店(00078.HK)旗下西營盤項目「尚瓏」昨日(8日)售出6伙單位,涵蓋一房及兩房間隔,當中包括以招標形式售出的一伙特色戶,屬低層兩房平台單位,平台面積達557平方呎,單位的實用面積呎價達3萬元。
全數6伙售出單位成交價合共超過4,100萬元,連同較早前售出的111伙單位,項目已套現超過8.5億元。富豪物業代理董事衛振聲表示,經過過去幾輪銷售後,尚瓏目前尚餘少量高層單位,包括三伙頂層連天台特色戶,考慮到近期樓市氣氛持續向好,相信可以很快可覓得合適買家。
