格隆匯7月6日丨道通科技(688208.SH)公佈，經財務部門初步測算，2025年上半年，預計實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為4.55億元至4.85億元，同比增長57.32%至67.69%。預計實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為4.6億元至4.9億元，同比增長19.00%至26.76%。預計實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益及股份支付費用的淨利潤為4.7億元至5.08億元，同比增長62.51%至75.65%。
報吿期內，公司持續推進"全面擁抱AI"戰略，加速推動AI技術與業務場景的深度融合：
1、AI數字維修應用上市，銷售量價同步提升：公司推出的新一代綜合診斷終端UltraS2及ADAS標定系統應用"維修大模型"和AIAgents，賦能產品提升競爭力和盈利能力，獲得客户的高度認同，銷售量價齊升；TPMS產品受益於廣闊的汽車後市場替換空間，持續保持高速增長。報吿期內，AI數字維修應用業務實現快速增長，市場影響力與盈利能力持續提升。
2、AI數智能源持續突破，單季度實現盈利：公司推出新一代智能充電解決方案，持續深化電力電子核心技術佈局，發佈"數智能源充電大模型"以及充電運營、運維、能源管理等系列AIAgents的應用。報吿期內，憑藉在產品、技術、品牌、市場、服務及全球供應鏈等方面的系統性優勢，公司在歐洲、美國等全球主要市場取得能源、交通、停車場運營、酒店公寓等多個行業頂級客户的重要突破，競爭力躍升全球頭部，為中長期的可持續增長奠定了堅實基礎。AI數智能源業務在第二季度實現盈利。
3、AI機器人生態夥伴全面深入合作：公司與科技巨頭生態夥伴全面深入合作，實踐"共建、共營、共銷"，構建巡檢領域的"智能體+平台+垂域模型"空地一體集羣智慧解決方案。
4、全面AI，降本提效：公司持續全面推進AI驅動經營管理的數智化變革，覆蓋研發、營銷服、供應鏈、職能等核心業務場景，推動管理創新與組織能力建設，運營效率持續優化，從而實現了持續的提質降本增效。
