格隆匯7月4日丨HSSP INTL(03626.HK)公佈,香港證監會最近曾就該公司之股權分佈進行查訊。查訊結果顯示該公司於2025年6月18日,有22名股東合共持有27,818,000股該公司股份,相當於該公司已發行股本之15.12%。有關股權連同由該公司一名控股股東持有之138,014,000股(佔已發行股份75.01%),相當於該公司於2025年6月18日已發行股份總額之90.13%。因此,該公司只有18,168,000股(佔已發行股份9.87%)由其他股東持有。
