《內房》深圳上半年二手房買賣合同共錄逾3.5萬套 按年增逾三成
據深房中協統計數據顯示,6月深圳市二手房錄得5,546套,按月下降3.2%,按年增長4.5%。2025年上半年,二手房買賣合同共計錄得35,106套,按年增長30.7%。
深房中協表示,上半年二手房市場呈現「凸形」走勢,春節假期結束後,二手房市場快速回溫,使得「金三銀四」成色足,但隨後受季節性影響波動回落。
從上半年月均超過5,000套看,二手房市場整體保持較好運行態勢,但近期小幅下降走勢反映出消費者信心有所修復,但仍顯不足。
