格隆匯7月3日丨恆輝安防(300952.SZ)在投資者互動平臺表示， 超高分子量聚乙烯纖維在海洋產業的應用極爲廣泛，這主要得益於其具備的高強度、耐磨、耐海水腐蝕、輕質等優異特性。在海洋產業中，超高分子量聚乙烯纖維大量應用於製作各類繫泊繩纜，如航運繫泊纜、海洋工程繫泊纜、海洋浮標繫泊纜、海上能源設施繫泊纜、海洋科考作業纜、休閒海洋纜索、海上吊裝作業纜以及海洋漁業用纜繩等。在超級油輪、海洋操作平臺、燈塔等設施的固定錨繩應用方面，超高分子量聚乙烯纖維製成的繩索解決了傳統鋼纜易鏽蝕，尼龍、聚酯纜繩易受腐蝕、水解、紫外降解而導致強度降低和斷裂，需頻繁更換的問題。在捕撈漁具領域，其用於製造漁網，憑藉高強度和耐磨損特性，能承受海洋中強大水流衝擊和魚類掙扎，提升捕撈效率和漁網使用壽命；在水產養殖領域，採用該類纖維製成的網衣，爲養殖生物營造安全可靠的生長環境。 公司自2015年佈局超高分子量聚乙烯纖維，目前已取得顯著成果。現行3,000噸產能已滿負荷生產，且在相關技術上擁有國際國內數十項專利，具備柔性化生產能力，可規模化生產50D到2,400D不同規格產品，自主開發的MetalQ程紗產品性能達到國際領先水平。規劃建設產能12,000噸，其中一期4,800噸超高分子量聚乙烯纖維爲公司可轉債募集資金投資項目，目前正緊鑼密鼓建設過程中，預計2025年9月有產能輸出。項目建成達產後，公司有望穩居超高分子量聚乙烯纖維新材料領域第一梯隊。 在海洋經濟領域，公司願景聚焦兩大方向：一是持續聚焦超高分子量聚乙烯纖維生產設備與產品工藝的協同研發，推進技術迭代，以兼具成本優勢與卓越性能的產品，深度拓展海洋繩纜、養殖網箱、捕撈漁具等傳統應用場景，打造海洋產業核心材料供應商地位；二是依託技術研發優勢，探索海上風電等新能源設施、深海礦產開採設備等新興領域應用，通過技術創新升級產品，爲海洋經濟提供高性能材料解決方案，助力產業高質量發展。 國家大力發展海洋經濟，對公司產業佈局有着積極利好影響。政策支持將推動海洋產業快速發展，刺激對超高分子量聚乙烯纖維等高性能材料的需求增長，爲公司產品提供廣闊市場空間。公司也將抓住政策機遇，加速產能建設，提升產品競爭力，加強與海洋產業相關企業合作，積極融入海洋經濟產業鏈，實現公司在海洋經濟領域的戰略佈局與業務拓展，推動公司持續穩定發展。
