產學研融合再深化！飛鶴攜手清華大學共築腦發育科學基石，加速大腦營養創新應用
7月1日，清華大學-飛鶴乳業"腦發育與認知"產學研深度融合專項第二次指導委員會會議在清華大學成功召開。飛鶴乳業董事長冷友斌、清華大學腦與智能實驗室主任王小勤教授等雙方領導及專家團隊齊聚，回顧專項啓動一年來的成果，共商未來深化方向，推動腦發育前沿研究與營養健康產業轉化邁上新臺階。
2024年5月，飛鶴與清華大學腦與智能實驗室宣佈啓動"腦發育與認知"產學研深度融合專項，旨在通過產學研合作，共同推動腦發育與認知領域的科學研究和成果轉化。會議現場，王小勤在致辭中對專項合作進展表示高度肯定。冷友斌也強調，與頂尖學府的產學研融合是飛鶴"腦發育戰略"的核心支撐。"我們期待與清華建立更緊密、更持久的夥伴關係，讓腦科學營養的前沿成果走出實驗室，惠及萬千家庭。"
本次會議核心聚焦項目進展與前沿洞察。在產學研深度融合專項項目情況彙報環節，清華大學腦與智能實驗室兒童認知研究中心的高楊系統彙報了兒童認知研究項目進展。自專項啓動以來，兒童認知研究中心不僅持續探索兒童認知發展規律及影響因素，更通過舉辦"AI時代如何科學育兒"系列家長研討會，將前沿腦科學研究轉化爲實用育兒指導，幫助更多家長科學育兒。
清華大學腦與智能實驗室非人靈長類研究中心副主任羅莉分享了孕期及哺乳期營養補充品研究項目。該研究深入解析乳蛋白等特定營養成分對嬰幼兒大腦發育的關鍵作用機制，爲孕產期精準營養產品開發提供理論支撐。
會議現場，清華大學第一附屬醫院臨牀營養科主任崔慎梅、基礎醫學院副院長賈怡昌教授分別做了《營養與腦發育及神經系統疾病的關係》《自閉症的機制研究臨牀轉化》報告。崔慎梅闡述了生命早期關鍵營養對大腦發育的深遠影響，指出忽視早期營養可能埋下隱患，科學營養幹預對神經系統疾病預防、診斷到治療全鏈條具有重要作用。賈怡昌聚焦自閉症領域，分享了團隊在相關機制研究與臨牀轉化上的突破。
此次會議是飛鶴與清華大學腦與智能實驗室合作深化的重要里程碑，也是飛鶴自2023年啓動"腦發育戰略"以來取得階段性成果的集中體現。在嬰幼兒大腦發育和精準營養研發方面，飛鶴已與哈佛BCH、北大醫學部、首都醫科大學等國內外知名高校機構建立合作關係，圍繞"生命早期1000天"大腦發育開展系統性研究。中國母乳DHA:ARA黃金比例爲1:1.7等多項核心研究成果也被飛鶴深度轉化爲產品力，如明星產品"星飛帆卓睿"便創新性地結合了十五大活性腦營養配方，包括科學配比的五大腦磷脂、採用黃金比例1:1.7的DHA和ARA等，給寶寶大腦發育提供強有力的營養支持。
