《港樓》新地錦壆路地申改劃建2,322夥住宅 料城規會開綠燈機會大
新地(00016.HK)早前就元朗錦壆路一幅原規劃作低密度發展的地皮,申請改劃爲中密度的「住宅(丙類)1」地帶,預計興建2,322個分層住宅單位。規劃署表示原則上不反對,申請將於明日(4日)交由城規會審議,預計獲「開綠燈」的機會大。
該用地涉及元朗錦壆路丈量約份第104約部份地段,位於錦繡花園以東,其地盤面積近70.71萬平方尺。新地最新擬以總地積比率約1.59倍發展10幢約14至16層高的住宅,並提供3幢會所及3幢用作商業或社會設施用途的大樓,總樓面約112.2萬平方尺。
