首華燃氣(300483.SZ):擬使用不超4億元暫時閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金
格隆匯7月1日丨首華燃氣(300483.SZ)公佈,公司於2025年6月30日召開第六屆董事會第十一次會議、第六屆監事會第七次會議審議通過了《關於使用部分暫時閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金的議案》,公司計劃使用不超過人民幣4億元(含本數)的暫時閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金,用於與公司主營業務相關的經營活動,不直接或者間接用於證券投資、衍生品交易等高風險投資,使用期限爲自董事會決議通過之日起不超過12個月,到期將歸還至募集資金專用賬戶。
