弘海高新資源(00065.HK)2024年度虧損擴大至5076.8萬港元 週三復牌
格隆匯6月30日丨弘海高新資源(00065.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2024年12月31日止年度,收入為約1.81億港元,同比減少約3.7%;毛利為約6746.9萬港元,同比增長3.5%,整體毛利率為約37.3%,而去年為約34.7%;公司擁有人應占虧損為約5076.8萬港元,而去年為約2373.4萬元。
年度虧損主要是由於(i)確認煤炭開採業務現金產生單位的非金融資產減值虧損約2600萬港元;(ii)煤炭開採業務分部的經營成本增加約2800萬港元,包括遵守中國政府頒佈的綠色礦山建設政策所產生的成本及相關員工成本;及(iii)行政費用增加約1100萬港元,例如年內收購位於老撾的一個銅礦的股權,以及年內在不同國家發掘潛在開採投資機會所產生的專業費用、實驗室費用及差旅費。
公司已向聯交所提出申請,於公吿刊發後,要求自2025年7月2日上午九時正起恢復公司股份於聯交所買賣。
